Where are we located and how far would we travel? Sips on the Hudson is located in Orange County, NY. We travel within 20 miles of the business location free of charge and each additional mile will be calculated at $2.00 per mile.

How does it work? Due to NYS Laws, we cannot provide the alcohol. This means you provide the alcohol, and we are hired for the bartending services while providing all of the supplies. Sips on the Hudson, follows all of the NYS Liquor Laws and will not serve anyone underage. We work closely with you planning the event and once you decide what you want your guests sipping on we will provide you with a menu along with guiding you on how much alcohol to buy.

Sips provides the Trailer, Staff, TIPS Certified Bartender(s), Ice, Fruit, Juices, Mixers, Napkins, Disposable cups, Bartending Equipment and Insurance.

What are the dimensions of the trailer? 10ft long by 8ft wide. Basically, we fit anywhere venues, private residences and block parties.

I do not see a package that fits my needs. Call me and we will put one together. Every aspect of your day is customizable.

What is your payment and refund policy? In order to save your event date a 50% non-refundable deposit should be made ASAP. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. We also offer payment plans and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to fit your needs. Cancellations are not allowed within 30 days of the event unless there is Inclement weather causing a safety risk for your guests and our staff. In this case, any monies will be refunded.

Do you only provide a bartending service? No, what sets us apart is the dessert experience along with the mobile bar. SIPS is a unique concept.

Event Day - Cheers! We will arrive 1-2 hours before the event time to set-up. We do not require water or electricity. All you have to do is hand over the Alcohol to our staff, sit back & SIP. It's time for you to work on creating memories with your loved ones and enjoy the day. We got you!
